Wonderful experience from start to finish. Called to book a 90min Tuina massage and the gentleman on the phone was very friendly. I was running a few minutes behind on the day of my appointment and called to let them know and they told me not to worry. I arrived and was greeted by the gentleman I believe I spoke with on the phone as well as my massage therapist, Dora (both in masks). The facility located on the second floor, was very clean and welcoming. I was shown to my room and told to undress to my comfort level. The table was covered with sheets and a blanket as well as a disposable sheet. A few minutes later, Dora returned and dimmed the lights and began the massage. The Tuina method is very relaxing and it’s as if she knew exactly where she needed to focus. Dora was very accommodating, getting me a bottle of water when I had an annoying scratch in my throat, as well as opening the window in the room to allow some cool air in when I began feeling overheated (blood was definitely coming to the surface of the skin during the massage)! Cannot wait to book my next treatment! I believe they offer Groupons for their surfaces, but I booked via their website and paid cash. I hear Groupon takes a huge percentage of what you pay, so I’d rather pay the business directly and in turn I think I was given a discount for doing that and paying cash.

Ada is the best masseuse I've ever had. Plus she is funny and sweet, too. I see her twice a month now.

I had a Groupon and was eager to use it because I had not had a massage in three months because of the pandemic. The facility was so clean. The masseuse wore a mask the entire time. It was so relaxing that I have been back to see Ada pretty much every Sunday. I highly recommend Balance Body Spa.
